A Sunday Stroll

I had noticed that the Bluebells had become very vivid in the last few days, and thought this would be an ideal time to take a walk through my local wood to get some shots. I set off midway through the afternoon so the sun was not too high in the sky, but thought to take my tripod and filter sets. I was suprised at how many people I encountered (well 3 groups) due to the fact it’s not a very well known location. I arrived in the wood and was suprised at the change compared to my visit only two weeks before. The floor of the wood was just a carpet of intense Bluebells and wild garlic. So happily I spent the remainder of the afternoon, composing shots and fighting of midges..
